*If your Outlook desktop client is not working properly:
1. Close all Microsoft Office programs
2. Navigate to the Start button > Control Panel > Programs and Features
3. Click Microsoft Office 2013 from the list and click Change
4. A new window will pop-up, click Repair then Continue
5. Let the repair run, it may take up to an hour or two. After the repair is complete, try running and using Outlook again and see if the problem is fixed.
