1. close all web browsers
2. open either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome
3. on your keyboard, press CTRL SHIFT DELETE at the same time
4. if using Internet Explorer, be sure to fill the boxes like the image below and click :
5. if using Google Chrome, select the boxes and select "the beginning of time" in the drop-down box like the image below and click :
6. Close all web browsers again, and open it back up
8. Log in with your full email address as your user name and your new password
