How do I get status or close my Helpdesk ticket?
You can submit and access AceInfo internal HelpDesk tickets in two ways. Pick the one you are most comfortable using. If you would like to see the status of a ticket, or close a ticket you have opened, go to number 2.
1. Send an email to the following address and your request will be created: firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Click the link or copy and paste it into the address bar of Internet Explorer or Firefox: http://Ace-App01/portal Log in with your regular network/email account and password.
