1.      In the SmartBox UCC, click the hamburger icon and select Dashboard

2.      In the new Dashboard window, click the cog icon at the bottom titled Settings

 

3.      In the new Settings window, click Voice Settings

4.      In Voice Settings, select Disaster Plan Preference

5.     Under Disaster Plan, enter your preferred phone number in the box next to Disaster Phone Number, click Submit​
