1. Check if you have any emails saved in your Safe Senders list.
    1. Open Outlook
    2. Under the "Home" tab at the top, click "Junk"
      1. Click "Junk E-mail Options…"

    3. In the new window, under the "Safe Senders" tab, you will see a list of emails. (If the list is blank, proceed to step 2.)
      1. Click "Export to File…"
      2. Give the file a name such as "Safe Senders List"
      3. Save it on your Desktop
  2. Check if you have any emails saved in your Blocked Senders list.
    1. In the same window as above, click the "Blocked Senders" tab at the top
    2. You will see a different list of emails under this tab. (If the list is blank, you are finished.)
      1. Click "Export to File…"
      2. Give the file a name such as "Blocked Senders List"
      3. Save it on your Desktop

 

**If requested by your IT department, please email the saved file(s) to them.
