You've lost your your password, but you know your SECURITY QUESTIONS/ANSWERS:

**All password changes must be made through the Self-Service password tool: https://passwordreset.aceinfosolutions.com.

    Do not change your password in your OWA email or Sharepoint accounts.


OPTION 1: You've lost your password, but you know your SECURITY QUESTIONS/ANSWERS.

OPTION 2: You know your password, but you've been prompted that it is expiring soon and needs to be reset.


OPTION 1:

  

- Enter your user login name, such as "BSmith"

 


- Answer your preset security questions and click Continue.


- Create your new password, meeting our complexity requirements (can’t use your name, login or last logins used), and click “Reset Password”


DONE!!  (PLEASE BE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR MOBILE DEVICES.  THIS CHANGE WILL TAKE UP TO 10 MINUTES TO BECOME EFFECTIVE !! )

OPTION 2   You know your password, you just need to reset it:

  • Click https://passwordreset.aceinfosolutions.com, save this location for future use as needed: (If it fails in IE, please use Chrome)
  •  SIGN IN, Next to "User Name" & "Password", and click LOGIN,
    • If you have been set to default, your password will be "Aceinfo123", which can only be used ONCE.


- This will take you to the Enrollment tab, where you can verify or create your security questions, and click "Enroll"

-  If you're already enrolled, you can update your questions or proceed immediately to the "Change Password" tab.

 













Create your new password, meeting our complexity requirements (you cannot use your name, login or last 5 passwords used), and click “Reset Password”.

You can now log out of the password reset tool.


DONE!!  (PLEASE BE SURE TO UPDATE YOUR MOBILE DEVICES.  THIS CHANGE WILL TAKE UP TO 10 MINUTES TO BECOME EFFECTIVE !! )

  • Click "OK, and logout.
  • You can test your new password (but not reset) by logging into your Outlook Web Access (OWA) account:  http://acemail.aceinfosolutions.com  (NOTE: password updates to EMAIL take place once every hour, you may need to WAIT.)
