The screen is blank, no promt for password:​

1. Verify the user can login to http://acemail.aceinfosolutions.com.

2. Try multiple login names:

Bsmith@aceinfosolutions.com

Bsmith

Ace1\Bsmith

3. Check the user account in AD, User Properties, 'Account' tab, the user logon name: and it's domain should be @aceinfosolutions.com.  (for customer/contractor accounts there are rare cases where this needs to be ace1.local.)

 

 

  1. Close any SharePoint sites and Outlook
  2. Delete anything saved in Credential Manager
  3. Reset their AceInfo password in Active Directory and be sure to UNLOCK their account
    1. Wait 5 minutes, let the password change sync with Active Directory
  4. Connect user to the AceInfoWireless local network
  5. Have user lock their desktop (Window button + L), then log back in
    1. Verify that they are connected to the AceInfoWireless local network
  6. Open Outlook, it should prompt the user to log in (be sure that they checkmark "Remember my credentials")
    1. Open a SharePoint site, it should prompt the user to log in (be sure that they checkmark "Remember my credentials")
    2. Close both Outlook and SharePoint site
  7. Connect User to the AceInfoGuest network
  8. Have user open and log into Outlook and the SharePoint site again
    1. *logging the user in both of them through the Guest network will save their credentials in Credential Manager
    2. Check Credential Manager to see if both Outlook and SharePoint credentials are saved
  9. Finished
