For iOS:

  1. Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > delete any existing AceInfo email account FIRST! If none exist then proceed to the next step below.
    1. Add Account > Exchange >
      1. Email: i.e. username@aceinfosolutions.com
      2. Password: your password
      3. Description: i.e. AceInfo Email
    2. Next
      1. Server: Exchange2013.netvigour.net
      2. Domain: leave it blank
      3. Username: your AceInfo email address i.e. username@aceinfosolutions.com
    3. Next
    4. Finish
    5. Your inbox folders will take some time to synchronize the first time you open your AceInfo email.

 

For Android:

  1. Apps > Email > Exchange > in Manage Accounts, delete any existing AceInfo email account FIRST! If none exist then proceed to the next step below.
    1. Select the + sign at the top right > Corporate or Exchange ActiveSync >
      1. Email address: i.e username@aceinfosolutions.com
      2. Password: your password
    2. Next
    3. It will take you to the next screen and try to load a page, stop it by pressing the backwards arrow button at the bottom right of your phone:

 

                                                               i.      Domain\username:   \yourAceInfoemail (i.e. \username@aceinfosolutions.com) don't forget the backslash infront!

                                                             ii.      Exchange server:   Exchange2013.netvigour.net

  1. User secure connection (SSL) - should be the only thing checked
  1. Next
  2. In any security window that pops up, click OK or Continue
  3. Choose your syncing option to retract older emails, options may be 3 days, 1 week, 1 month.
  4. Next/Finish
