Creating/Sharing Calendar Groups:

  1. Bottom left of Outlook's screen, click Calendar
  2. Home tab > in Manage Calendars group, select Calendar Groups > Create a New Calendar Group
    1. Enter a name for the group > Ok
    2. Select members to share the calendar group with > Ok

 

 

Edit a Calendar Group:

  1. Bottom left of Outlook's screen, click Calendar
  2. Look for the calendar's name on the left pane > right-click and select your desired option (delete, rename, etc…)​
