Creating/Sharing Calendar Groups:
- Bottom left of Outlook's screen, click Calendar
- Home tab > in Manage Calendars group, select Calendar Groups > Create a New Calendar Group
- Enter a name for the group > Ok
- Select members to share the calendar group with > Ok
Edit a Calendar Group:
- Bottom left of Outlook's screen, click Calendar
- Look for the calendar's name on the left pane > right-click and select your desired option (delete, rename, etc…)
